How long can guests use our wellness cabins?

They can be used from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; however, guests are kindly requested to adhere to these hours for the comfort of other guests. For our hotel guests, the rental fee for the wellness cabins is 50,000 HUF/day. Further information for external guests can be found on the https://aranyszarvasapartman.hu/wellness website.

Do you provide bathrobes and towels for the apartments?

We only provide towels for our apartments.

At what time can the apartment be occupied and when should it be vacated?

The apartment can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is it possible to stay on the premises before/after check-in and check-out on the day of arrival and departure?

Yes, however, you are responsible for the security of your belongings.

How much is the tourist tax in Szarvas in 2024?

The prices do not include the tourist tax, which is 400 HUF/person/night.

Do you have parking facilities?

We have both inner courtyard and external parking spaces. The parking is unguarded.

The service provider does not take responsibility for damages to vehicles, their accessories, or valuables left in them in the parking lot, except in cases where damages are intentionally or severely negligently caused by the service provider's employees. The service provider excludes liability for damages caused by weather conditions (especially storms, hail, or floods, etc.) to vehicles.

The service provider's liability for compensation does not apply in cases where the damage results from the guest's own behavior or that of another guest.

Can payments be made with credit/debit cards?

Yes, we accept the following cards: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.

What amenities are provided for babies?

We provide baby cots, bathtubs, and high chairs in the restaurant for our little guests. Please inform us of your need for a baby cot and bathtub at the time of booking!

Is bathing allowed in the Holt-Körös?

Our premises include a private equipped waterfront area on the banks of the Körös. Bathing in the Körös is permitted at your own risk. The depth of the Körös is 3-5 meters.

Can water equipment be used?

Water equipment such as water bikes, canoes, and boats are available for use. The use of equipment is free for hotel guests booking directly with us. Otherwise, the fee for equipment use is 2,000 HUF/hour.

Are pets allowed in the guesthouse?

We welcome your furry friends in our Comfort-type apartments. Pets weighing up to 20 kg are accepted. Premium-type apartments are not accessible to pets. The fee for pets is 4,500 HUF/pet/night. Please indicate if you will be bringing a pet when making your reservation.

Pet etiquette:

Pets are not allowed in the indoor area of our restaurant but are permitted in our outdoor seating area. Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pools. Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the guesthouse premises. Please clean up after your pet, and if possible, attend to your pet's needs outside the guesthouse premises.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments/suites?

No, our guesthouse is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Can fishing be done on your premises? What types of fish can be caught?

Fishing permits for the lake area can be purchased at the fishing store or online. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you.

The most common fish species in the hotel's lakeside area are: carp, various types of bream, pike, and grass carp.
